Education and professional experience

Andy is one of the NTCenter's founders. He has MBA in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, and postgraduate qualification in pedagogy from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Sofia.

Works on research projects and projects related with development and applying innovations in the field of education and training, since 2003. He teaches Entrepreneuship and Strategic Planning at the Adam Smith College of Management in Sofia. He is Director of the College and has previously worked as a business analyst, junior consultant, senior consultant and team leader in management consulting companies.

Dr. Milena Koleva-Zvancharova,
Project manager

Education and professional experience

Milena holds Master's degree in European studies and Bachelor`s degrees in History and Ethnology and in Turkish language from Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski. She holds a PhD in sociology, anthropology and cultural science. Her academic interests are in validation of skills and knowledge in the field of cultural heritage, cultural heritage management, drawing on her vast professional experience in rare archival and manuscript collections and museum exhibitions. She is also a lecturer in cultural anthropology at the Adam Smith College of Management in Sofia. Starting in 2021, Milena is the contcat person for Bulgaria for Cluster 2 (Culture, Creativity and Inclusive society) of the new "Horizon Europe" programme.

Theodora Dimitrova,
Project manager

Education and professional experience

Tedi holds Master's degree in Economics from UNWE. She continues her education as a full-time Ph.D student at the Department of Industrial Business and Entrepreneuship at the same university. The research and developemt she focuses on is in the field of service marketing. At the same time she works as a lecurer in Marketing in NTCenter.

Tedi's professional development continues with many years of experience as a Marketing Manager in the private sector. Her practical experience is related with market research, consumer behavior , strategy development.

Tedi participates in the development and implementation of European projects related to strategic partnerships ini the field of education and vocational training. As an Erasmus+ Project Manager she works best in team, participates in surveys and research, collect and analyses data related to education and training in Bulgaria and in other EU countries. She is entrusted various planning and project activities.

Gergana Pencheva,
Project manager

Education and professional experience

Geri is born in Tryavna. Graduates National Aprilov High School in Gabrovo, in a class with Bulgarian language, Literature, Rhetoric and Journalism. From 2003 till 2014 is a social worker in a non-governmental ogranization.

Since 2014 she has been part of NTCenter, and started working for the Adam Smith College of Management at the same time. She participates in studies and research related to the assessment of competences of disabled people, unemployed young people and early school leavers, as well as in creating and developing innovative online materials and ineractive learning content on LMS platforms. She has experience in coordinating ongoing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Geri is an extrovert. Works best in a team. With pleasure participates in discussions and debates. Likes to communicate with different people, easily removes barriers, talks a lot. She is quick to "catch" others' sentiments and feelings. She loves reading, listening to rock music, visiting new places, and trying to volunteer in her free time.
