Our main activities aim to achieve the following specific objectives:

Professional development in cultural heritage

  • to make an overview of the professional development systems
  • to identify and describe good practices that support the professional development of young specialists in cultural heritage
  • to map the relevant stakeholders
  • to conduct a survey and focus groups with young professionals in GLAM and CCI
  • to draft policy recommendations for cultural heritage policymakers

Working with cultural heritage

  • provide a range of examples of different types of cultural heritage artefacts
  • develop a protocol for the description of the selected artefacts
  • come up with a list of relevant competences that are essential for professionals working in the field of cultural heritage
  • to hold a series of local workshops for students on working with cultural heritage

Digital resources for higher education

  • develop the digital skills of students by directly involving them in creation and designing activities
  • establish successful cooperation for the exchange of good practices in teaching cultural heritage
  • bridge the gap between education and real job market needs by building a model of cooperation with two SMEs, active in professional, adult and HE education
