Introducing Project 3D Printing: Igniting Innovation in Education!
We are thrilled to introduce Project 3D Printing, a cutting-edge initiative realized by a consortium of four European organizations: Euroface Consulting, Innovation Frontiers, National Training Center, and Solski Center Velenje.
This groundbreaking project aims to enhance the technical skills and digital competence of VET students by implementing innovative learning approaches through the use of 3D printing in education. In today’s digital and technological world, 3D printers represent the forefront of modern technology.
Based on extensive research, we have discovered that schools primarily use 3D printers for printing ready-made 3D models. However, we believe it is essential to unlock the full potential of 3D printers and empower VET schools to develop their own 3D models. By embracing this innovative learning approach, students’ technical competence will align with technological trends and the needs of the labour market.
In this project, we aspire to foster the creation of new 3D projects while simultaneously raising students’ awareness and understanding of the common values shared within the European Union. VET students will face an exciting challenge: to develop a 3D model based on the theme of EU cultural and craft heritage.
Join us on this exciting journey as we revolutionize education, inspire creativity, and empower the next generation of innovators!
